Enabling fully autonomous appointment scheduling — 24/7

Customers at automotive retail locations can independently schedule appointments online, by email, or through an advisor. The APV kiosk integrates seamlessly with dealership scheduling software to streamline customer check-in and service management.

Once an appointment is booked, the customer receives a code by SMS, allowing them to drop off or pick up their car keys at their convenience — weekdays or weekends.

A fully digitalized customer journey

The 24/7 contactless kiosk offers your customers a fully digital experience. Using the code received by SMS, the customer checks in at the kiosk to drop off or pick up their car keys. The kiosk guides them through a user-friendly process, allowing them to confirm or update their appointment details (phone number, email, VIN, mileage, etc.) and optionally leave a comment for the after-sales advisor.

The after-sales advisor retrieves the car keys and begins servicing the vehicle as soon as the work order is approved by the dealership.

Once the after-sales service is completed, the customer is notified by SMS and automatically receives a secure e-payment link to pay for the service and receive their key pickup code.
